I went to this restaurant thinking it was still Taylor's. However, when my wife and I got there, we noticed it had changed ownership. We decided to give it a try.
I have to say the waitresses were lovely and attentive. That is the most positive thing I can say about the experience.
I ordered soup as an appetizer and wings for my meal. Both were brought at the same time. The meal was acceptable. However, my wife ordered a blackened tuna sandwich. It was far from blackened. It looked and tasted like a breaded frozen patty that was barely heated up. It was still cold inside. We told the waitress who stated she would let the manager know for a discount. We said we weren't looking for a discount. We were looking for food that tasted good and was described and asked for. A manager never came. This was disappointing. We paid our bill and left and we will never return.
We do live in a community that discusses restaurants and where to eat. I definitely will share our experience with them.
There are too many places to eat for us to waste our money on less than mediocre food. For the money spent, I expect more.
For the record, this is my first time writing a negative response to a restaurant. I love to share wonderful experiences, but this time I cannot.

Been back twice so far, once dinner rush, once close to close, and the kitchen is consistently impressive! Atmosphere is typical of expectations, huge bar, but the food is much better than you’d expect from a place hidden in Ocean Pines. Give it a try before everyone finds it!!!

Great food. Excellent service. Nice atmosphere. Busy Saturday night but the two bartenders were still super attentive and friendly and polite. They checked on us often, brought drink refills, our food was delivered quickly and plates were cleared upon finishing. We needed a box and was brought quickly along w the check when asked. Haven’t had a bad meal here yet.
