The hotel was lovely!! The staff was so nice and very helpful. The room and hotel were very clean. I was pretty disappointed to find out that the hot tub is outside and is only open during the summer month. Also the pool is in the restaurant/ bar area where people are eating. Lastly the jets in our jacuzzi tub did not work.
Overall those were little things and our stay was enjoyable.

My experience at the Holiday Inn on Atlantic Avenue was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Kelly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made all the difference.
The morning staff on 1/5 were just as incredible. I didn’t catch their names, but whoever was on that shift deserves major recognition! They were friendly, accommodating, and made me feel genuinely welcome.
Our room was perfect – clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. It’s clear that this hotel truly values its guests and takes pride in meeting IHG standards.
I will absolutely recommend this Holiday Inn to friends and family visiting Ocean City. It’s a gem, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

The hotel is right on the beach, which is super important. It is a short walk to the heart of the boardwalk. The rooms are certainly nice enough. Ours had a full kitchen with cooktop, full fridge, and plates, glassware, and silverware. They are a bit stingy on extra towels and blankets, which I was not expecting or used to from my travels.
